When Shopping for Coin Holders there are a Multitude of Choices Available!

If you are looking for a coin holder to store bulk quantities of coins, round or square coin tubes are the perfect solution. If you just want an inexpensive coin holder that will hold several coins, the 2" x 2" coin envelopes has been the number one choice of coin collector's for many years. If you want a coin holder that gives you the ability to write information about the coin like, date, Mint mark, grade. and be able to view the coin without removing it from the coin holder, the 2" x 2" Fold & Staple cardboard coin holders, as well as the 2" x 2" coin flips with an information card, are the perfect solution and are both very economical.

As the value of the coin increases that you want to put into a coin holder so should the quality of the holder you choose as inexpensive coin holders do not always offer you the higher degree of protection against possible environmental damage as the premium higher priced coin holders will do.

Coin Tubes - Coin tubes are the best way to sort and store bulk quantities of coins. We stock two types of coin tubes to meet all of your coin sorting and storage needs. The traditional Round design with a screw on top or the non roll Square design with the push on cap which is handy for safe deposit box storage as they will stack nicely. Both types will protect your coins from moisture and air. When you purchase 100 coin tubes of one type they are shipped in the storage box like the one shown on the right.

Price Range: Round Tubes - Under 40¢ @ for small sizes in small quantities to under 30¢ @ by the box of 100.
Price Range: Square Tubes - 45¢ @ for small sizes in small quantities to under 34¢ @ by the box of 100.

Coin Tube Boxes - The box's that comes with coin tubes mentioned above are strong enough when the tubes are empty but lacks sufficient strength when the tubes start to fill up. We suggest that you reinforce it with a strong shipping tape or consider our custom Roll & Coin Tube Sorter Boxes or Roll & Coin Tube Storage Boxes. These sturdy boxes are made of heavy chipboard with reinforced corners, a color-coded leatherette finish and dividers to hold your bank wrapped rolls or round and square tubes.

Price Range: $8.45 per box without tubes - $15.95 and up with tubes.

2" x 2" Coin Envelopes - Coin Envelopes are by far the most economical way to store one or several coins and they give you the ability to write important information on the front. We only recommend these for very inexpensive coins as all paper has some sulphur content that in time will tarnish Uncirculated copper coins and all silver coins. We have 7 different colors to choose from and a great selection of single and double row 2" x 2" Coin Storage Boxes for organizing the envelopes or for bank storage.

Price Range: From 5¢ @ in small quantities to as low as 3¢ in large quantities of all one color.

Polyethylene Coin Envelopes - As mentioned above "all paper has some degree of sulphur content" which in time will tarnish coins. So, if you want to use 2" x 2" paper coin envelopes because of the savings and convince we suggest you first put them into a Polyethylene Coin Envelope. These envelopes will give you added protection against toning and protection against picking up light surface friction scratches when storing your Choice Uncirculated or Proof coins in paper envelopes.

'Fold & Staple Coin Holders - Fold & Staple Coin Holders are extremely popular and a great way to display your coins individually or in a 3-ring binder using a Vinyl Coin Page. Fold & Staple coin holders are available in three different sizes. There is a 1.5" x 1.5" size for cents to half dollars & small dollars. A 2" x 2" size for cents to large size dollars, elongated cents, and a two and three hole coin holder for small size coins. For coins larger than a large size dollar we have a 2.5" x 2.5" crown size.

Price Range: 2" x 2" size from 5¢ @ in small quantities to as low as less than 2.5¢ @ in large bulk quantities.

Double Pocket Vinyl Flips - If you want a professional look to your coin packaging then 2" x 2" Double Pocket Flips are the way to go. Insert your coin into the top portion, the information card into the bottom, fold in half and staple. It's as easy as that for protecting your coins from handling as well as having all the information, date and mint, grade, price and any other information you desire right with the coin. We also have Mini 1.5" x 1.5" Flips and Crown Size 2.5" x 2.5" Flips.

Price Range: 2" x 2" 14¢ @ down to 6.5¢ @ in bulk. Mini $5.50 pkg/100. Crown size less than 18¢ @ down to 12¢ @ in bulk.

Self Sealing Coin Holders - If you are looking for an inexpensive coin holder that is just about 100% ait-tite you'll love our Self Sealing Coin Holders. These are available in a 2" x 2" size with 6 different center sizes, 1c/10c, 5c, 25c, 50, large and small $1.00. We also have a 2 5/8" x 2 5/8" size with 4 different center sizes, 40, 43, 48, and 53 millimeter, to accommodate large size coins, medals and medallions. The 2" x 2" size will fit into a 20 Pocket Vinyl Page but we do not have a page for the 2 5/8" size.

Air-Tite Coin Holders - To provide the best protection for your coins we recommend the AIR-TITE Coin Holders. They are made from clear acrylic plastic with a non-yellowing agent. The insert that fits around the coin is manufactured from a polyethylene material that contains no PVC or other materials which are harmful to coins or medallions. The holders are completely inert.
